Service Description
Room Reservation & Deposit Policy To reserve your place for the retreat, a combined payment is required consisting of: - A nonrefundable lodging reservation fee ($1,015) - Plus 50% of the retreat tuition as a down payment ($2,500) Your space is not secured until both the lodging reservation and deposit are received. The lodging reservation fee is nonrefundable, as we commit to the venue based on confirmed occupancy. The remaining 50% of tuition ($2,500) will be due prior to arrival. Specific payment timelines will be outlined upon enrollment.

Cancellation Policy
Retreat Booking Cancellation & No-Refund Policy 1. Reservation and Payment Terms All retreat bookings require full payment for room reservations at the time of booking. Payments secure your retreat spot and room accommodations and are non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or scheduling conflicts. 2. Cancellation by Participant If you choose to cancel your retreat booking for any reason, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for room reservations or retreat fees paid. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to lena@embodiedintegrationmethod.com, but submission of a cancellation notice does not entitle you to a refund. 3. Transfer of Booking As a courtesy, and at the sole discretion of the organizer, you may be permitted to transfer your paid booking to another individual for the same retreat dates. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date and approved by the organizer in writing. 4. Cancellation or Modification by Organizer The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the retreat due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures). In such cases, the organizer will offer credit toward a future retreat but is under no obligation to issue cash refunds. 5. Acknowledgment of Terms By completing your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No-Refund Cancellation Policy. These terms are binding and enforceable under applicable law.
